David Comeaux is director of planned giving for the University. He is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the Planned Giving Council of Acadiana (PGCA), where he was the founding president. He earned a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Gerald Hebert coordinates special event and fundraising initiatives for Ragin' Cajun athletics. To that end, one of the primary goals of his efforts is to connect fans and supporters with each other, the athletic department and the University. He is a graduate of UL Lafayette and a former Ragin' Cajun and New York Mets baseball player.

Rose Schumacher is responsible for conducting research which enhances the University's alumni, development and public relations programs. Rose graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor's degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication.

Martha Marse coordinates all administrative functions in UL Lafayette's Office of Development. She is a UL Lafayette graduate, having earned a degree in Office Administration.
