Andrus Endowed Chair Gift

The Dwight W. Andrus Jr. Endowed Chair in Finance was established with a $600,000 gift from Dwight and Nedra Andrus and a $400,000 matching gift from the State of Louisiana's Board of Regents Support Fund (BORSF).

"My wife Nedra and I feel that UL is one of the cornerstones of Lafayette's foundation and that, by giving to the University, we could become a permanent partner in helping UL grow and be even greater than it is today," Andrus said when making the gift.

Mr. Andrus also gives of his time and expertise to the University and the UL Lafayette Foundation where he is currently a member of the board of trustees.
